WHY CHOOSE US?
We believe that nourishing your children is about more than just the food you provide. It's about educating the children, staff and families in order to build a healthy future for your communities.
Our founder, Katie Harding is a Nutritionist, Naturopath and mum of two. What sets us apart is Katie's first hand experience working as an early childhood cook. Katie utilises this knowledge and experience to help early childhood centres across the globe by giving their children and staff the tools they need to develop healthy eating habits for life.
Nourished Beginnings professional development & menu planning designed especially for Early Childhood educators has helped us with our recent menu review at Childspace Early Learning Centres. Katie has enabled us to make the transition of whole foods into the centres daily meals stress free with easy to follow recipes & continued ongoing support.
Her expertise in nutrition as well as her hands on cooking experience as a childhood food coordinator has made it so much easier for our centre cooks to relate to. She understands their time management restraints and budget concerns, considering all of these aspects when designing a menu to suit our needs. We love her passion to improve the wellbeing of our future generation and our society as a whole.
Karina Moss - Childspace
It has been a delight to work with someone who has such extensive knowledge and the ability to easily share this with all of our teachers, parents and children! We have had fantastic feedback from the communities our centres are based in and really believe we are making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our children.
We look forward to a long and successful relationship!
